[Wiki] Add a wiki or extend README #5

With the addition of df55fd35a0 (Item search) and 68da0fa67c (Monster search), it would be good to have the search behavior (general and specific) documented somewhere in a well-readable way.

I am starting to think that these explanations might better fit into a wiki since I don't want to overload the README.

The wiki is now up-and-running and available under the Wiki tab. The main missing page is the documentation on custom BookData, which is currently being tracked on #6.
